Lindsay Lohan has claimed the media has "a misconception" of who she is after stories that she'd had a screaming match with Avril Lavigne circulated. Earlier this week, sources told the New York Post Lindsay and Avril shouted at each other after coming face to face at Los Angeles' Chateau Marmont. "Get the hell out of my face, you are fake, you are a loser. I don't like false people. Stay away from me and my friends," Avril was reported saying. "Don't threaten me!" Lohan was believed to have yelled back, before attempting to have Avril thrown out by security guards."That is not true," Lindsay told Us Weekly magazine. "I don't know why I am such a target, but I think there's a big misconception of who I am as a person. I've just been working a lot, and it's not a crime to go out and have fun with your friends. I do realise it's silly of me to give people what they want - to see me out at night."
