Lily Allen is expecting her first child with boyfriend Sam Cooper, the singer has announced. The couple are said to have told friends and family over the weekend after having a three-month scan. "It goes without saying we are both absolutely delighted," Lily told the Sun.
The pair have been together since July 2009 and Lily recently explained why "normal bloke" Sam, who runs a decorating business, is the man for her. "Sam treats me differently. He's told me he'll look after me forever. That's what I've always wanted - someone to look after me," lily revealed. "We've never had one argument and there's absolutely nothing about him that annoys me. He's not impressed by what I do. I've been with guys and seen them looking in the mirror before they walk out of the door with me. That makes me feel sick because I know it's not just me they're interested in."
Back in December 2007, Lily revealed she was pregnant with then boyfriend Ed Simmons of Chemical Brothers fame, but tragically miscarried the following month.
