The 29-year-old man accused of assaulting former X Factor winner Leona Lewis at a book signing in London earlier this month is not fit attend to court, bbc.co.uk reports. Peter Kowalczyk has been sectioned under the Mental Health Act and continues to be examined by psychiatrists, his solicitor Mark Fidler told the court. The City of Westminster Magistrates' case was adjourned until 23 November although Fidler said the results of Kowalczyk’s psychiatric tests would dictate how the case proceeds.
