Sharon Stone has not lost custody of her eight-year-old son Roan the Basic Instinct star's lawyer has told FoxNews.com. Martin Singer, Sharon's legal counsel, says the actress went to court in hopes of gaining permission for Roan to be enrolled in a school in the Los Angeles area - where she lives - rather than in Northern California, where he currently lives with his father and her ex-husband, newspaper executive Phil Bronstein. The request was rejected.
