Lady Gaga explains Kermit outfit

Pop princess Lady GaGa has revealed that her infamous Kermit the Frog outfit is statement against the fur industry.

Lady GaGa has said the Kermit the Frog outfit she wore during an interview with German television last month was actually a statement against the fur industry. "The Kermit the Frog outfit is by an incredible designer by the name of Jean-Charles de Castelbajac, and he does a lot of museum art fashion pieces," GaGa told US radio show Ryan Seacrest. "I really loved this one in particular because I thought it was commentary on not wearing fur, 'cause I hate fur and I don't wear fur. We were all laughing at the house because it looks like a pile of dead Kermits."

What do you think, is Lady GaGa a style icon?
