Kiefer Sutherland was released (no he didn’t bust out 24 style) from California's Glendale City Jail early this morning, after serving 48 days for driving under the influence. Kiefer was driven away by his publicist under a police escort out the back of the Glendale City Jail. A source said, "Kiefer is very excited to leave the jail and return to the safe and warm confines of his home.” While inside it’s said Keifer worked in the prison laundry. “Kiefer was the model inmate while he served his time, and jokingly told staff he won't be doing any laundry anytime soon. He’s looking forward "to some real food, and he never wants to see another bologna sandwich ever again." Nice they way they can make a drink driving prison sound so fluffy and fun isn’t.
