Kiefer Sutherland will face no charges for his part in an alleged assault on New York fashion designer Jack McCollough, it has been announced. The actor had been accused of breaking the designer's nose with a head butt in May after McCullough had bumped into Keifer's friend Brooke Shields. Although Sutherland and McCollough released a joint statement to the Associated Press shortly after the incident saying they had settled their differences police continued their investigation. Earlier today a representative from New York's District Attorney Office confirmed criminal charges have been dropped because the victim would not cooperate with prosecutors.
