Kiefer Sutherland was officially sentenced at Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department yestersday after being caught driving under the influence (what else? He is an LA A-lister after all) for the second time in three years. The 24 star’s been sentenced to 48 days (do you see what they’ve done there?) in prison meaning he’ll be behind bars over Christmas. However the judge has agreed to let Kiefer serve his bird in a private prison, apparently there is such a thing, rather than join the rough and tumble general population of LA’s frightening Twin Towers facility.
