Kelly Brook, actress, model and fiancée of Billy Zane, has pledged to keep on competing in BBC One’s Strictly Come Dancing, despite her 57-year-old father losing his battle with cancer this week. Her spokesman told the press: "Kelly would like to take this opportunity to thank the media for respecting her family's privacy over this personal matter during recent weeks and asks that they continue to do so at this difficult time," Kelly, who only narrowly avoided being voted out last week after a dance off (wouldn’t the world be a better place if this was how all problems were resolved?) with John Barnes, is still hotly tipped to take first prize.
