Katie Price has sparked rumours she is expecting her fourth child after deciding to stop having Botox injections. Insiders have told the Sun that Price made the decision after visiting a Surrey beauty clinic on Friday and being advised that the anti-wrinkle treatment could be bad for pregnant women. "Katie was gutted but she didn't want to take any chances. She was the one who asked whether it was safe to have the injections when pregnant," a source explained. "When the doctor said it wasn't advisable Katie said, 'No way'. Instead she had a massage and a normal facial for an hour and a half. She is desperate for a baby after coming off the pill at Christmas. She keeps saying she is worried she will have loads of wrinkles at her birthday party. But deep down, all she wants is to get pregnant so vanity has to be put to one side."Meanwhile, sources have told Now magazine that Price is hoping to get back together with Peter Andre after learning that he plans to move nearby. "She's so happy that things are better with her and Pete and there's a worry that she may be getting a bit carried away," the insider claimed. "His main motivation for moving closer to her home is so he can spend less time commuting to see his kids. His new home's also closer to Junior's school, so it's not about seeing more of Katie."
