Judge considering Britney case

A permanent extension of Britney Spears' restraining order against her former manager and lawyer is being considered in an LA court.
A ruling has yet to be made on whether Los Angeles courts will grant Britney Spears’ request to extend the restraining orders against former manager Sam Lutfi and attorney Jon Eardley, People magazine report. Britney’s father Jamie, who as her conservator also manages her estate and affairs, alleges that both men have continuously harassed his daughter and also claimed Lutfi had a smuggled a mobile phone to her. "My client's situation has improved dramatically over the last 14 months,” court appointed lawyer Samuel Ingham told judge Aviva Bobb. “A permanent restraining order against them is in my client's best interest. She has suffered emotional distress." However lawyers for Lutfi deny any wrongdoing, insisting the manager was merely responding to Britney’s “cries for help”. While Eardley’s legal team questioned the validity of Jamie Spears’s conservatorship.
