Samantha Burke, a 24-year-old model from Pensacola, Florida has been confirmed as the mother of Jude Law’s fourth child, her lawyer has confirmed. Yesterday, a source close to Jude broke the news to The Mirror saying, “Samantha Burke is the mother-to-be. She and Jude had a brief relationship that ended amicably. Once the baby is born, Jude wants to visit Pensacola, in Florida, where she lives, each month. He wants to play an active part in his child's upbringing and be supportive of both his little girl and Samantha. Jude is delighted he's going to be a father again,” before claiming the child would be called Sophia. Earlier today a lawyer for Burke officially confirmed the news. “Ms Burke can confirm that she did in fact have a relationship with Mr Law and that she has informed Mr Law that she is expecting his child later this fall," the statement said. "Since informing Mr Law of the pregnancy, he has been nothing but responsive and supportive of Ms Burke and the pregnancy." The pair are believed to have had a brief affair while Jude was in London filming Guy Ritchie’s new film, Sherlock Holmes, with Robert Downey Jr.
