Jade Goody is suffering an early menopause, the controversial star has revealed. Jade was diagnosed with cervical cancer while appearing on Indian Big Brother in August and, after a hysterectomy, started a course of chemo and radiotherapy. Early menopause is a known side effect of radiotherapy because it stops the ovaries from working. "'I expected to get thin after chemotherapy," Jade told New! magazine. "But you don't. I'm going to be fat and bald." Jade also confirmed reports that doctors have given her a 50/50 chance of survival after learning the cancer has spread to tissue surrounding vital abdominal organs.
