Hilary Swank is doing well after having surgery to remove a small benign growth, her manager has confirmed. The double Oscar winner had visited her doctor after "experiencing some discomfort" and was "prescribed an immediate course of action that included a brief hospitalisation" manager Jason Weinberg confirmed. "Her condition has been resolved and there are no continuing health issues, with the exception of some short-term rest and recuperation."
