Katie Price has lost her £750,000-a-year deal with Hello! magazine following poor sales when she featured on the title's cover, the People newspaper claims. "Putting her on the front page was nothing short of a disaster for Hello!," a source claimed. "Katie just didn't fit in with the sort of women that readers of the mag wanted to learn more about. It was a bit upsetting for her but she has had to accept that she can't expect to be a hit with everyone." Katie is now believed to be returning to OK! magazine, starting with an interview in next week's edition.
Meanwhile, insiders have told the News Of The World that Price has worked out a plan to make £2 million by cashing in on Alex Reid<'s Celebrity Big Brother win. "It's been carefully calculated. She's plotted with Alex's advisors over the last week," a source claims. "She wants to make as much money as possible and knows she needs to exploit her relationship with Alex to do that. An engagement story is due in weeks, as that'll make her the most money. It's an awful way to think." Price allegedly wants £1.75m for the coverage of the wedding, the same amount she received for her 2005 wedding to Peter Andre.
