Sir Paul McCartney's ex Heather Mills has revealed she plans to fight to have the gagging order placed on her divorce lifted as she feels she's been unfairly portrayed in the press. Her lawyer told the Daily Star, "Heather feels it’s very unfair that the judgment should be printed in full when she cannot defend herself. She’s planning to apply to lift the ban." Heather, £24.3million richer after last week's divorce settlement, also commented, "As the record shows, I had no wish for these proceedings to be made public, but releasing them in part is particularly unfair. It seems an overall tabloid-created perception of my personality is preferred to much detail that I prepared for my case. I would suggest in the interests of fairness, it is now in the public interest to reveal the transcripts of the full court proceedings."
