A video tape rumoured to show Heath Ledger taking drugs is at the centre of a new case in Los Angeles. A reporter from People magazine is suing her paparazzi ex-boyfriend’s picture agency claiming she was secretly filmed using drugs with the late actor in 2006 and that the video was offered for sale after Ledger’s death.
