Male model Gabriel Aubry is considering bringing legal action to win custody of his daughter from ex-partner Halle Berry, RadarOnline reports. Berry and Aubry quietly split some months ago but are said to have recently come to blows over stories, Aubrey believes are being generated from Halle's camp, where he has been painted as a man unable to support his child. "Gabriel has always been there 100% for his daughter, he would do absolutely anything for her," a source explained. "He may not earn what Halle does but he still makes a great living as a model, pulling in around $700,000 (£464,000)-a-year. Until the news of their split broke things were OK between him and Halle, but now he believes Halle's team are putting all these stories out there that are just not true."Gabriel is not happy at how he is being portrayed, as some kind of dead beat dad that was living off of Halle and her celebrity," the insider added. "It couldn't be any further from the truth. Gabriel is currently weighing up his options, and is seriously considering challenging the custody agreement that he has with Halle, splitting the care giving of Nahla 50/50. Gabriel is concerned about the craziness surrounding their breakup and he's concerned about the effect it is having on Nahla."
