Ricky Gervais has recommended fans experience wild wolves up close after being bought a "wolf walking" trip for his birthday. "Jane [Gervais' long term girlfriend] got me a 'walking with wolves' day as part of my birthday present. It was amazing. Almost spiritual," Ricky explained in post on his official blog. "It really affected me and I want to visit them again. I was quite scared at first as they are still wild and their bite is three times stronger than a pit bull. They are magnificent though. I highly recommend it.
"The alpha male came over to me at one point. I froze. He jumped up and put his paws on my shoulders, (yes, he was f**king huge), and started licking my mouth," he added. "'Don't move', they said. 'He likes you. He can smell what you had for lunch'."
