George Michael has said he was "stone cold sober" when he was arrested after crashing his car on Friday. George - who's just completed a two year ban after being found slumped at the wheel of his car in October 2006 and being declared unfit to drive - was held by police after crashing his Land Rover into an articulated lorry while out driving in Berkshire. "Neither of us was charged because we were both stone cold sober," George explained in a statement. "We both think the other is to blame so this is just an insurance fight. I don't want my fans or my family worried by what they are reading all over again." However, a driver who witnessed the accident told a different story. "He was all over the road, he was driving like crazy. He swerved past my artic so closely that he just missed me," lorry driver Sean Strong, told the Mirror. "He was shouting and screaming at the passenger seat. I just knew the guy was not safe and that he was going to crash, which he did a mile or two later. I am surprised he walked away from it. He was going at some speed."
