George Clooney has revealed that, while he regrets declaring in 1993 that he would never marry, he is not "considering" tying the knot. Clooney married actress Talia Balsam in 1989 but divorced four years later saying that being hitched was not something he'd ever do again. "I said those things in 1993 in an interview and it has kind of stuck with me ever since," Clooney told Irish film site www.movies.ie. "I find myself now constantly having to defend it. When you get famous you think it's important to tell people everything you know and everything you think, but you don't realise that these will be the headlines down the road."I'm just living my life the way I choose to live it and hope it all works out, but I'm also well aware that certain things you can do which are cute when you do them at 20 become less cute when you're still doing them at 48," he added. "The truth is that it's not a consideration. I'm not considering marriage, I don't think I will have children - it's a big responsibility. But I don't have this mantra that I have been going around screaming."
