If the tape proves to be authentic, it is likely to push Paris Hilton's infamous video, One Night in Paris, into the shade.
This is the second time that Eva has been caught up in such rumours and last time the alleged sex tape was revealed to be a hoax.
In the new tape, which can reportedly be seen on pay-per-view sites, Eva is said to stage a pillow fight and bounce on a bed wearing skimpy lingerie, while asking her NBA star husband Tony: 'Alright, are you sure no one's ever gonna see this?'
Although the date of the bedroom footage is unknown, the actress pretends that it is from before starring in her current hit show and she tells Tony: 'I have an audition tomorrow for something called Desperate Housewives.'
Representatives for both Eva and Tony have yet to comment on the subject.
