The Carbon Trust, a British Environmental group have calculated David Beckham’s annual carbon footprint, needless to say it’s massive. They’ve worked out that the former England is responsible for 163 tonnes of carbon dioxide every year, the average is 9.4 tonnes. They even go as far as to claim that Beck’s footprint is the largest in human history. His constant air travel, numerous cars and houses are said to be behind the large reading, they claim in 2007 alone David flew farther than a trip to the moon. “With all his money he should be using it at least to reduce his own footprint.” Their spokesman said. “He has more freedom of choice when it comes to methods of traveling. He could also choose greener cars.”
