Former England captain David Beckham was given a ticking off and on the spot fine yesterday from Los Angeles police for dangerous driving. David, decked out in dark glasses and a T-shirt, was pulled over after making an illegal left hand turn on Hollywood's Sunset Boulevard. The offence cost him an £80 traffic violation fine and the threat of a point on his driving licence unless he agrees to go to traffic school. A witness said, "David was really co-operative.
