Coleen Nolan has branded Alex Reid “plain stupid” for marrying Daily Mirror column. “People aren't so stupid that they won't see this as just another cynical business ploy to get her a new TV series and earn a few more quid. And while I loved Alex Reid in Celebrity Big Brother, I now think he's just plain stupid. Why couldn't they live together for a few years then think about marriage? The ink isn't even dry on her divorce papers!

"Most importantly there are kids involved here,” a now on-a-roll Coleen added. “How are they going to feel when their mum brings them home a new daddy from holiday like a bar of departure-lounge Toblerone?"
