Christian Bale has admitted to lying so much in interviews even he doesn’t know what’s true. Talking to Details magazine the Welsh actor said, “I make it up. Absolutely. I'm an actor not a politician,” when asked if stories that his grandfather really was a bomber pilot and a children’s magician were really true. “I always kick myself when I talk too much about family, or personal things. I'll enjoy chatting now, and then later I'll regret it. In the past I’ve started telling people stories about things I did as a kid and then realised I never actually did those things. To be honest, it happens a lot.” The star also spoke about his Dark Knight co-star Heath Ledger. “Naturally it was something I wanted to share with him,” he said of the pair’s movie. “And I expected to do so.
