Cheryl Cole and husband Ashley are planning to try for a baby after the next series of The X Factor finishes in December, the Daily Mirror reports. “She’s got it all worked out in her head,” an insider claimed. “She’ll do X Factor, start work on a solo record as well as a new Girls Aloud record and she’ll hopefully fall pregnant. Cheryl’s mum has told her that she must not lose any more weight. She’d regained her shape for a while by eating well while on tour, but she’s slipped back into her skinny ways to slim down for the X Factor auditions. She knows she shouldn’t get ultra-skinny like she was a year ago when Ashley was accused of cheating, but she wanted to shed a few pounds for telly.” In other Cheryl news, sources at Now magazine claim the Girls Aloud star has told her management that she does not want her solo career to "flop" like Victoria Beckham’s. “It's a big deal to Cheryl. She's terrified of being made a fool of in front of millions of people,” an insider claims. "Her management are officially saying that she's just concentrating on solo plans and The X Factor, but of course they'd love her to crack America in due course. All this is happening when she's just four weeks away from filming the first auditions for The X Factor. Cheryl has a very fragile ego. Even when things are going right for her, she's scared it'll suddenly go very wrong."
