Cheryl Cole and former Spice Girl Mel B have been approached to become judges on the new series of Tthe X Factor, according to Sharon Osbourne. Speaking to Radio 1's Chris Moyles Sharon confirmed the two girl band stars were in the frame and also that she was leaving the show. “I loved it. They were the best four years of my life but I've got to do something else right now.” Sharon said. “We were negotiating and they offered me an obscene amount of money. It didn't change anything. I had to walk away when I did. I love the show, I love everybody there, the producers, Simon but it's just time to move on.”

Sharon Osbourne has claimed Cheryl Cole is in line to replace her as a judge on the next series of The X Factor.
