Cheryl Cole has revealed she ‘regrets' her 2003 arrest for assaulting a toilet attendant. Cheryl was convicted of assault after an incident in a Guilford nightclub toilet. However, the Girls Aloud star has said she was only acting in self-defence and would advise her children to act in the same way if ever they find themselves in a similar spot. "As much as I regret that situation, I didn't attack someone," Cheryl told Q magazine. "I defended myself. My brothers taught me: if someone hits you, you hit them back. That's still how I view it and that's what I'll teach my kids."
