Chanelle Hayes has said she is going to seek professional help after taking an overdose of pills and alcohol on Thursday night, the Daily Star report. The former Big Brother housemate was rushed to hospital last week after reportedly downing paracetamol and wine after rowing with her boyfriend, footballer Matt Bates. "It's so frightening to think I could have died the other day. I was at my absolute lowest and I'm desperate not to go there again," Chanelle explained. "I'm going to get some help definitely. I'll do whatever it takes. I can't just keep trying to run away from my problems. It's as if I've been given a second chance and that means getting help and sorting myself out."
