Michael Jackson wishing her all the best, sources told The Sun. “He learned of Jade’s suffering and wanted to lend his support and comfort her at this awful time,” an insider claims. “When she was told Michael was on the phone her eyes lit up and she mustered all the strength she could to have a chat. It gave her a real boost and she hopes that she’ll be alive to watch him perform in the summer.” Not wanting to be cynical, but does anyone else think it’s strange that Michael’s just happened to decide to get in touch with Jade when his tour tickets were about to go on sale? Rihanna has finally got the upper hand and is moving on with her life after her boyfriend rapper
Chris Brown allegedly attacked her. Her lawyer Donald Etra has said she will testify in the assault case against Brown if called as a witness. “She will report any violations of an order prohibiting him from threatening, harassing or harming her,” the BBC reported. “He added Rihanna wanted the case to be over with quickly so she could get on with her life and career.” And getting on with her career is exactly what Rihanna has been doing. The star is reported to have gone back to work following the February incident. “We have not been doing lots because she’s really just easing back into it,” producer Adonis Shropshire told Hip Hollywood. “Just a couple of ideas here and there over the last couple of weeks but it’s all coming out really good. She’s really going in the same direction, just an evolution of what she is – a super pop diva.” Last week courts confirmed that Brown was being formally charged with assault likely to cause grievous harm and making criminal threats towards his girlfriend Rihanna. He faces a maximum of four years and eight months in prison if convicted.
