An insider told the New York Post this week that the warbler had thrown a hissy fit and stormed out of Barack Obama’s 20 January Presidential Inauguration ceremony after discovering she would be sat with other celebrities instead of standing with the president on the podium. "Mariah was in the VIP area, where every celebrity, like Jon Bon Jovi, Mary J. Blige, Alicia Keys and Bruce Springsteen, was seated," a source claimed. "But somehow she thought she\'d be up with the Obama family. When she realised she wasn\'t, she bailed." Sadly, a rep for Mariah has spoken out against the claims. “When she and Nick arrived in their section, she was surrounded by fans, but unfortunately it caused too much of a ruckus and it became a little unsafe,” the spokesperson explained. “She was then escorted to safety by police.” If it only it was true!
