The singer confessed that she used to worry that she wouldn’t find a boyfriend. “There were certain moments when I was 18 and I’d look out of the window to see girls going to parties with their boyfriends and think, ‘How am I every going to meet anybody?’ I couldn’t just go on a date, and nobody was going to ask me out,” she told the Sunday Mirror. Hilton explains in an upcoming documentary Paris, Not France, “That’s not what I wanted when I was a little girl. It’s not what I planned. I always looked up to people like Princess Diana and all these women and now I can never be like that.” You’re damn right you can’t, Paris.

Justin Timberlake’s New York restaurant, Southern Hospitality, is at the centre of sexual discrimination accusations, New York Daily News has reported. Former employee Alison McDaniel claims Timberlake and business partners Tracy Ayala, Eytan Sugarman and Ronnie Kaplan were guilty of “vile and discriminatory conduct” during her time as waitress at the Upper East Side eatery. “In at least one instance, defendants Sugarman and Kaplan viewed pornography while in a locked room with McDaniel and made fun of her when she began crying,” the suit, filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, claims. A publicist for Southern Hospitality made no comment on the lawsuit. It’s the second time Justin’s restaurant has been caught up in legal problems. Last November a former member of the waiting team brought a case against the restaurant claiming employees weren’t getting their fair share of tips and overtime. Sounds like Justin’s in hot water!

Kanye West told a court that he’s not guilty of assault, theft and vandalism charges that stem from a scuffle with a paparazzi at Los Angeles International Airport in September last year. TMZ caught Kanye on camera as he appeared to wrestle the camera from a paparazzo before smashing it in the incident in question. The rapper wasn’t in court, perhaps suggesting how trivial he sees the matter, and left his lawyer to enter the plea on his behalf. If found guilty, Kanye faces up to two and a half years in prison. So maybe not so trivial after all.

Sean Penn’s marital breakdown. The actress dismissed claims that she is dating Sean after the US press claimed the pair were an item, just a month after he announced he was divorcing his wife of 13 years, Robin Wright Penn. “Sean Penn is a friend and a colleague. The reports that we are romantically involved are completely untrue.” Portman said in a press statement. “I normally do not respond to rumours about my private life, however, this repeatedly fabricated story has forced me to do so.” Sounds like Portman has had enough. To be honest, we thought the idea that Natalie would date Sean was absurd in the first place.

After announcing their split last week, there’s barely been a day when Katie Price and Peter Andre haven’t made headlines. This week saw Katie denying that her alcohol consumption is behind the split. Speaking to OK! magazine the reality TV star admitted she is “really devastated” by the couple’s sudden split, but vowed not to wallow. “Pete can’t blame this on me drinking,” the glamour model explained. “I hardly ever go out and over the five years of our relationship I have probably been out 20 times – which is unusual for a woman of 30. I’m not a party girl and I don’t drink at home, so when I go out I can get drunk quickly.” In the meantime, Peter Andre has landed back in the UK for reported showdown talks with Katie. Andre has been staying with family in Cyprus since the split, but landed in Heathrow yesterday afternoon. He may be in for a wait however, as Price is still in the Maldives. Watch this space for more tabloid mud throwing – it’s going to get interesting.

Michael Jackson’s residency at London’s O2 Arena has been hit by bad news already. The opening has been pushed back by four days, it has been announced. The Bad singer will now begin his 50-date This Is It residency on 13 July to allow more rehearsal time. “This show has grown in size and scope, thereby necessitating more lead time for manufacture of the set, programming the content for the massive video elements, and, most importantly more time for full production and dress rehearsals.” Full refunds are being offered to fans not able to make rearranged concerts.
