I just drank coffee and told everyone I was 24 and this famous theatrical actor just back from South Africa. I kind of blew it after the Potter films. There was a chance for me to really kick on and use the exposure, but I didn’t really want to do anything.”

Robbie shared a stage with his old band mates at last week’s Children In Need concert, but left fans frustrated when he didn’t sing with his old band. However, in an interview with Radio 2, Robbie admitted the boys have started working together again. “Oh sod it,” he said, letting the cat out of the bag. “We’ve been in and the songs are absolutely amazing. I want to do it because I’ve always wanted to be in a gang ever since I left the gang,” he added. “And all the bitterness and resentment’s gone now and what is left is a load of love.”

The former band mates are said to have met in secret last week and decided to get back together. “Mutya’s manager knows he is needs some muscle to make it a commercial success and he’s called in his old pal Claire [Powell – Peter Andre’s manager],” the insider claimed. “The other girls are delighted to be back in touch. They are bang up for it with a new management team.”
