Britney Spears' legal eagles Trope and Trope have changed their minds and decided to continue litigating her custody battle with Kevin Federline. On January 2 they filed a request to be excused from the case on Jan. 2, “There has been a breakdown in communications between making further representation of her interests impossible." A court hearing to settle the problem was even set for February 4. But court spokeswoman Meredith Pierce confirmed the firm had withdrawn their request.
