Britney’s father Jamie is so sick of paparazzi up-skirt shots of his daughter he performs a “panty check” before she leaves the house the National Enquirer claims. We would have thought his hands were full looking after her business affairs and financial assets. According to the magazine’s source, “Jamie makes sure to ask Britney if she has underwear on before she goes out. He does a panty check.” The source goes on to say he’s helped in his checks, Brit's assistant also makes sure she's wearing a bra and panties. Britney tries to ignore their requests, but her dad is adamant and insists she change if she’s falling out of her top.”
