Britney Spears has been fined and threatened with eviction after falling behind on rent payments for her Malibu home it's been claimed. LA gossip powerhouse TMZ reports court documents dated 14 February allege Britney was two weeks late paying her monthly $35,000 rental payment for her home to Love Shack Trust who own the property. The docs show Britney was charged a $2,100 late payment charge and also warn her to pay up or, "surrender and deliver up possession of said Premises." Interestingly it also adds, "Every person who maliciously injures or destroys any real or personal property not his own...is guilty of vandalism." Sources close to Britney tell TMZ it's all an innocent mix up.
