It looks like queen of daytime TV Oprah Winfrey was more than willing to give Britney Spears a chance to set the record straight. According to gossip mag Star, Oprah personally rang up the pop princess offering her a show this week to tell all and give the girl some positive publicity before the release of her new album. But Britney, ever the one to look a gift horse in the mouth, didn’t even bother to phone her back. "Oprah called Britney personally," a mole gushes to Star magazine. "But despite repeated attempts, Britney never had the courtesy to call her back." Wow. Good luck with that album, Brit.
