Britney Spears has been put at risk by her early release from a hospital in Los Angeles, her parents have said. Mum Lynne and father Jamie said they were “extremely disappointed” and begged the courts to take action after the latest shock story. “As parents of an adult child in the throws of a mental health crisis, we were extremely disappointed this morning to learn that over the recommendation of her treating psychiatrist, our daughter Britney was released from the hospital that could best care for her and keep her safe. We are deeply concerned about our daughter's safety and vulnerability and we believe her life is presently at risk. There are conservatorship orders in place created to protect our daughter that are being blatantly disregarded. We ask only that the court's orders be enforced so that a tragedy may be averted.” Britney remains under the temporary conservatorship of her Dad, meaning he’s responsible for all her interests and making important decisions for her, until Valentine’s Day. However it’s reported that after leaving hospital she, along pap boyfriend Adnan Ghalib visited the offices of her new attorney Adam Streisand who earlier this week had been in court on behalf of Britney challenging the decision to hand control to her father Jamie.

Although she managed to slip out of hospital to little fanfare it wasn’t long before it was business as usual again for the fallen star. Accompanied by another paparazzi friend, Felipe, she caused chaos driving around Los Angeles while being chased by scores of paps and helicopters before checking into the Beverley Hills hotel. There was more drama to follow last night as police and father Jamie arrived at the hotel carrying legal documents, sources claim they were trying to get Britney to return to her home.
