Despite making it to the court house Britney’s failure to make it inside to testify has resulted in her being blocked from seeing her sons Sean Preston and Jayden James “indefinitely”. According to TMZ who had cameras covering the court all day Britney arrived for the 9am hearing at lunchtime, drove around the parking garage, met two of her lawyers - Anne Kiley and Tara Scott – and told them she didn’t want to testify. But she did come back, only to get out of her SUV and tell the assembled pap circus, "I'm scared. I want to get in the car. I'm going in the car," before driving off. Good to see she’s prepared to fight for her boys.
