A Los Angeles court has awarded Britney Spears more access to her sons Sean Preston and Jayden James. Mark Vincent Kaplan, ex husband Kevin Federline’s legal counsel, announced the news. “The court made orders today, they were orders that the parties were able to mostly agree to. It represents a cautious step moving forward. The children are doing great, that's the key,” he said, before adding that it was K-Fed’s, “goal and his hope is his children will have the benefit of having two parents participating actively in their lives.” Although not officially announced yet, TMZ claim Britney will now have three supervised visits a week as well as an overnight visit every month as they work towards full joint custody. “We are so pleased at Britney's progress,” Britney’s parents Jamie and Lynne said in a prepared statement. “And we are very appreciative of the court's recognition of this progress.” Britney and Kevin are due back in court in July for a progress report.
