Actress Christina Applegate has an early form of breast cancer a statement released by her spokesperson has confirmed. "Christina Applegate was diagnosed with an early form of breast cancer," the statement reads. "Benefiting from early detection through a doctor ordered MRI, the cancer is not life threatening. Christina is following the recommended treatment of her doctors and will have a full recovery. No further statement will be issued at this time." Christina became a spokesperson for Lee National Denim Day, a fundraiser to benefit Women's Cancer Programs a few years ago after her mother survived the disease.
