Brad Pitt has walked away from the starring role in the Hollywood remake of BBC drama State Of Play because, so the Hollywood Reporter claims, he couldn't agree to the script. Brad had planned to appear alongside Dame Helen Mirren and Ed Norton as an investigative journalist in the movie before stomping off in huff. The bad news continues for the studio making the movie as not only do they now have to find someone to take Brad's place but work on the script has also ground to a halt due to the current Writers Guild strike.
