Blake was released from prison - where he served nine months of a 27 month sentence for assault and attempting to pervert the course of justice charges - last month on the condition he cleaned up in a rehab clinic. A source says he fled to his wife after being told he’d failed a routine test. “Blake did a runner. He turned up in hospital and hell broke loose - everyone was totally shocked,” the insider claims. “He was asking Amy to forgive him.
