The magazine's readers dubbed Los Angeles Galaxy player David an 'overpaid soccer star' while his fashion-loving Spice Girl wife was branded simply a 'pointless collection of body parts'.
Other celebrities to join the Beckhams on the list included American chat-show host Oprah Winfrey, Hollywood heart-throb Brad Pitt and U2 frontman Bono.
Some of the world's other most overrated things, according to the list, are Botox, Pilates and cocaine.
The news comes as it was also reported that sales of the Beckhams' new his and hers fragrances, Intimately Beckham Night, have flopped in the States despite a high-profile, expensive advertising campaign.
