Anne Heche has filed papers in a US court claiming she can no longer afford to pay the monthly £7,400 payments for her son's maintenance and ex-husband spousal support. Courts decided the monthly payments when she split from cameraman Coleman Laffoon but in court papers she explains that since her most recent TV show, Men In Trees, was cancelled she can no longer afford to make the payments. Documents showed Anne has a total of £17,400 in her accounts but is £182,000 in debt and is unemployed "except for one very short term contract for a movie role for which I received a total of £32,500." The judge has temporarily granted her request and agreed she doesn't have to pay monthly support for July.
