Anne Hathaway has had her private diaries seized by FBI agents the New York Daily News report. Anne's ex-boyfriend Rafaello Folliero has been charged with twelve counts of federal wire fraud and money laundering and is currently in jail while the case is investigated, bail has been set at £10.5million. Sources tell the paper that Follieri's apartment, in US Apprentice judge Donald Trump's exclusive Trump Tower, has been raided as part of the case and number of personal possessions were seized among them were said to be Anne's personal diaries.
