Amy Winehouse's mum: "marriage a joke"

Amy Winehouse's mother Janis has called her daughter's marriage "a joke".

Janis Winehouse has labelled her daughter Amy's marriage "a joke" in an emotional open letter in the Daily Mail. "Amy knows there's no love lost between Blake and me," Janis explains. "Let's be honest, no mother really wants to refer to her son-in-law as 'my son-in-law in jail' do they? We saw something the other day about the fact that he'd got a new girlfriend who visits, and how he's going to get money from Amy, and I thought: "Oh, OK. Really?" It's all in his head. They've been married, what, all of two minutes, maybe ten? He's been in prison for almost as long as they've been together. It's a joke." But she did say Amy has been seeking help, "On Sunday she was more positive and had an appointment with a doctor to discuss treatment options. She did not say she was off drugs, but she said she was cutting down." In other Amy news, a bizarre video has been posted on youtube showing the singer with Pete Doherty. The pair are shown holding tiny mice in the two minute clip and at one point Amy pleads to husband Blake not to divorce her.
