Miracles can happen at Christmas but one you won't see this year is Amy Winehouse's dad Mitch sending Pete Doherty a Christmas card. Speaking to Grazia magazine Mitch has been talking about his opinion of the Babyshambles mainman. "He's a scumbag. I flipped when I saw him sitting with Amy backstage at her Brixton gig. That night I went crazy." He explained. "My wife thought I was going to have a heart attack, I was apoplectic." How apopletic? It's said Mitch hit Pete over the bonce with with a guitar. And in response to some people's claims he should do more to sort his daughter out he had this to say. "People wonder why the family don't drag her by her hair into rehab. Believe me, my first instinct is to get hold of her, pick her up and take her back to my house and lock her away. But I've spoken to the finest drug counsellors in the world, and they've said that is exactly the wrong thing to do."
