The 23-year-old singer will cancel her Manchester performance on November 12th to attend court with Blake, who is due in the dock on a charge of GBH after he was accused of battering a pub landlord last year.
'Blake comes first in Amy's life - everything else comes second, including her career,' a source told the Sun.
'She doesn't care that she has a gig that night. Nothing is going to stop her being in court with him. They plan to spend a week holed up together to prepare for the worst.'
The source added that Amy's worried family fear she is too vulnerable to cope if 'the worst happens'.
'Mitch has said he wanted to get Amy away from Blake in the past - but he knows this would break her heart. We just hope she doesn't have another breakdown.'
Amy said recently that she has started work on a new album to follow up her last record, Back to Black, which was nominated forthis year's Mercury Music Prize.
